T. E. (Tom) Garner, Jr.
Executive Director
Tom joins TCM with an extensive management background in both for profit and nonprofit organizations, most recently as Executive Director of the AIDS Research Consortium of Atlanta. His career began, after receiving a graduate degree in health administration from Georgia State University, at Grady Memorial Hospital where he served 14 years as its Associate Executive Director. Following that he was Executive Director at R.T. Jones Medical Center in Canton until tapped by Blue Cross Blue Shield Georgia to be the Chief Operating Officer of a newly formed, for profit subsidiary, HMO Georgia. He went on after this to create and operate other managed care organizations in Georgia. Just prior to joining the AIDS Research Consortium, he was CEO and Partner in Prime Living, Inc., developing and managing assisted living communities in GA, FL, and TN. Tom is a real estate broker, licensed in GA and SC and serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlanta Board of REALTORS®

Leroy has more than a decade of service to Trinity Community Ministries and recently completed his Doctor of Theology degree in Pastoral Counseling. This Morehouse College graduate has an extensive sales, management and accounting background, having spent ten years in corporate America and over twenty years as Chief Operating Officer of his own company. Doctor Wright has additional work experience with city government, law enforcement and psychotherapy.

Kenneth Zakee

Zakee is a Morehouse alumnus who has fourteen years’ experience in detoxification, rehabilitation, and direct counseling of homeless substance abusers. Also, he has worked for several Fulton County substance abuse programs.

Assistant Program Director Trinity House-Big Bethel
Mr. Jones has over 20 years of experience in addiction counseling and is a Certified Addiction Counselor II. His combination of training and education has afforded him the opportunity to work for both private and government entities that provide mental health care.
Wardell also has a long history of community service and collaboration; he initially served as a volunteer National Trainer for the Southern Christian Leadership Conference’s Wins of Hope Anti-drug Program. Wardell’s growing dedication and commitment to community service earned a commendation from the Federal Bureau of Investigation and recognition as a Point of Light in the area of community service by former President George H. W. Bush. Wardell takes great pride in mentoring both young and mature men.
