Resident's Council
All Trinity House-Big Bethel residents are on the Residents’ Council. The Council meets weekly and is governed by parliamentary procedure. At least one member of staff attends each meeting.
Residents’ Council gives each man a voice in how the program is carried out. By investing themselves in the program through problem solving, each resident becomes accountable for the program’s growth.
Senior residents may be elected to leadership positions on the Residents’ Council, including secretary and social events chairman.
