Case Management
Trinity House-Big Bethel provides case management services to help keep residents focused on their goals, track personal growth, and prevent relapse. Through partnerships with other Atlanta area organizations, residents are able to receive vital services, including:
Referrals
Many residents are referred to Trinity House-Big Bethel by Gateway 24/7 Homeless Services Center, local detox centers, and other agencies providing services for homeless men.
Outpatient day treatment
Residents are referred to Fulton County Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center for 4 to 6 week outpatient day treatment.
Mental health services
Care and Counseling Center of Georgia provides residents with mental health assessments and counseling services.
Medical services
Healthcare is provided by Grady Health System and Saint Joseph’s Mercy Care Services.
Legal services
Because resolving legal problems is a huge step toward becoming self-sufficient members of society, referrals to Georgia Justice Project or Georgia Law Center for the Homeless are issued to residents in need of legal counsel.
Transportation
MARTA Breeze cards are provided to residents needing transportation to legal proceedings, counseling sessions, job interviews and other meetings.
Residents of Trinity House-Big Bethel are also encouraged to further their education. Many residents work toward their GED while in the program. Other residents seek educational/vocational opportunities at local community colleges and universities.
